None of the appetizers were poor in quality, attributed to the restaurant's from-scratch kitchen. Factory Nachos deliver house-made crunchy tortilla chips, melted cheese, red chile sauce, pickled jalapeños, green onions, and a sour cream, guac, and salsa trio, but the flavors are relatively mild compared with bolder competitors.
