Ravi DeRossi has relocated his Michelin-recommended natural wine bar and pasta restaurant, Soda Club, to a new spot at 95 Avenue A. Previously on Avenue B, Soda Club will now feature a cocktail menu by Sother Teague, with a focus on shaken cocktails. The venue combines Soda Club and Amor y Amargo offerings, serving an all-vegan Southern Italian menu inspired by traditional recipes. The wine selection includes 200 natural and organic options, emphasizing DeRossi's innovative approach to blending culinary experiences in the bustling East Village.

The new Soda Club will build on a Southern Italian menu with items like cacio e pepe made with spaghetti-like bigoli or tagliatelle with lemon-nori vegan butter and broccoli rabe.
