Flight attendant reveals the drink you should NEVER order on a plane
Briefly

On long-haul flights, the drinks trolley is often a highlight, but flight attendant Sue Fogwell warns against ordering a Bloody Mary. Despite tomato juice's enhanced flavor in the air, its high sodium content can lead to dehydration. Consequently, Fogwell suggests avoiding the Mr&Mrs T mix for safety reasons. Additionally, she advises passengers to skip tap water and beverages made from it, as these come from the airplane's water tanks, raising health concerns.
Due to the very high sodium content, I always avoid drinking Mr&Mrs T/bloody mary mix and tomato juice. High sodium food and drinks could quickly make passengers feel dehydrated, particularly if they're on a long-haul flight.
I 'never' drank the tap water, also skipping the coffee and tea that's made with the water. This is because the tap water comes from the plane's water tanks.
