A lemon meringue pie masterclass will take place at Gloria in Shoreditch on Sun 15th February 2025, 11am–12:30pm. The session includes a chef demonstration followed by hands-on assembly of an Incomparable Lemon Pie, including piping and shaping six inches of Italian meringue.
