Batch 002 of Seelbach's Private Reserve Wheated Bourbon is a passion project that blends fruit-forward wheated bourbons and targets the shelf-friendly price point of $50. The whiskey is bottled at 107 proof. The recipe swaps rye for wheat, aligning with Weller and Van Winkle expressions, as demand and market slowdowns enabled production.
