Aktar Islam, a two-Michelin-star chef known for Birmingham's Opheem, is opening Oudh 1722 in Borough, London, in spring 2026. The restaurant will span three floors in a listed Victorian building and will showcase Islam's interpretation of Awadhi cuisine from Lucknow.
