Isla & Co. is moving from 107 North 12th Street in Williamsburg to 66 Grand Street and will open on October 24. Parched Hospitality Group operates Isla & Co.'s Midtown location and sister restaurant Hole in the Wall at 292 Bedford Ave. Executive Chef Clint Snowling brings two decades of fine-dining experience and will serve Australian-style cooking with creative pairings and artistic plating. Daytime offerings include kimchi sambal scramble, pulled pork hash, strawberry cheesecake waffles, kung pao fried cauliflower, kangaroo skewers, and a crispy chicken sando. Dinner includes spicy shrimp vodka rigatoni, Aussie chicken parma, fish and chips, steak frites, sticky date pudding, and Biscoff tiramisu. The beverage program features coffee, brunch cocktails, creative evening cocktails, organic wines, Australian Coopers Pale Ale, and other beers. The new space seats 45 inside and up to 15 outside.
