Ewen Costiou of Arkéa-B&B Hotels won the Tour du Limousin after the decisive breakaway was caught in the final kilometre of stage 4 to Limoges. Costiou recorded second, third and second places across three stages. Accumulation of time bonuses combined with a strong final-stage performance secured the overall victory. Andrea Vendrame of Decathlon-AG2R took the final stage win. The stage victory delivered consecutive wins for the French team. The overall result hinged on narrow time gaps, tactical racing in the finale, and the effective use of bonus seconds.
