A free car show in Cork on Sunday June 28 will combine CPR awareness, community engagement, and a fundraiser for a medical response charity. Attendees can enter without charge but are encouraged to donate to support volunteers who respond to 3,330 serious and life-threatening emergencies in their area, providing care before ambulance resources arrive. The charity has operated since 2009 and launched the Irish Community Air Ambulance in 2019, now operated by the HSE. Since 2023, CRITICAL has expanded ground-based teams across 21 counties, including Cork. Škoda Ireland sponsors the event, which includes supercars, vintage and classic cars, emergency response vehicles, demonstrations, family entertainment, and food vendors. The Jordan 2001 Formula One EJ11 will be present with its distinctive livery and V10 Honda power.
