Google brings Veo 2 video generation to Gemini Advanced
Briefly

Google has rolled out its Veo 2 video generation model to Gemini Advanced users after a four-month preview. Users can create 720p clips of up to eight seconds, benefiting from better understanding of real-world physics and human motion. The model currently supports only 16:9 landscape orientation, limiting its suitability for social media. Users require the $20 per month One AI Premium Plan and can share generated content directly to TikTok or YouTube. Future rollouts will expand language support, and Veo 2 functionality will also be integrated into the Whisk app.
"The more detailed your description, the more control you have over the final video," Google says of the model.
