Major fitness brands are offering alternatives to smart rings and Whoop style bands without subscription fees; examples include Amazfit's Helio Strap and Garmin's new sleep-focused band. The Polar Loop pairs with Polar smartwatches for GPS and advanced sensor integration. A small 27mm x 42mm x 9mm module attaches to a comfortable fabric band; the package includes small and medium/large bands and a charger. The device has Bluetooth and lasted about a week between charges.
