"The 35 HP ZBook Fury G9 laptops destined for the ISS are the third generation of HP compute platforms onboard."
NASA is upgrading the laptops used by astronauts on the International Space Station (ISS) to the HP ZBook G9 Mobile Workstation. The new laptops feature an Intel Core Ultra 9 vPro HX processor, Nvidia RTX Pro Blackwell GPU, 128GB of DDR5 memory, and four 2TB NVMe SSDs. A custom power adapter is required for the ISS due to its DC power system. Currently, over 100 HP workstations are in use on the ISS, with the new laptops being the third generation of HP compute platforms onboard.
