The Logitech G522 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset is a new addition that promises comfort and high audio quality for extensive daily use. As the reviewer transitioned from the well-regarded Logitech G935, their primary concerns were comfort, audio quality, and battery life—factors crucial for working from home. The headset met these expectations well, although the reviewer noted discomfort due to the earcups. Overall, the G522 delivers on performance and satisfaction, making it a serious candidate for daily use.
I want to preface this by saying I only had one real complaint with this headset, it was the earcups. I work from home and I spend the majority of my work day at my desk with headphones on as I move from one online meeting to another.
The hunt for great gaming headphones has been quite the task over the last couple of years. We have so many options to choose from from so many different companies that this, for some, seems like a very daunting task.
I was excited and curious to try out this new headset. The Logitech G522 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset seemingly checked off all of my must haves for a headset and during my time testing it, I wasn't once disappointed.
Upon reading the press release, I knew I had to put it to the test to see if I would be switching over to something new in the near future.
