Samsung released the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S11 as flagship tablets for 2025. Both run One UI 8 and use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor with RAM starting at 12GB. The S11 Ultra features a 14.6-inch anti-reflective AMOLED display with Wi-Fi 7 and storage from 256GB to 1TB. The base S11 features an 11-inch AMOLED screen with Wi-Fi 6E and storage from 128GB to 512GB. Both displays support up to 120Hz refresh. A redesigned S Pen ships with all S11 models. Galaxy AI and new multimodal capabilities expand onboard AI multitasking and productivity features. Pricing starts at $800 for the S11 and $1,200 for the S11 Ultra; Samsung discontinued the Tab Plus model in this lineup.
