Surface Hub v1 has less than six months of support left
Briefly

Microsoft announced the end of support for the Surface Hub v1 as Windows 10 Team edition support ceases on October 14, 2023. This decision also affects the Surface Hub 2S which will require an upgrade path to stay relevant. While the Surface Hub v1 will still function, it will not receive security updates or patches, leaving users vulnerable. Microsoft suggests a hardware refresh to the Surface Hub 3 for those unable to upgrade. Users are now faced with the challenge of what to do with unsupported devices, hinting at a humorous take on repurposing them.
Microsoft is ceasing support for Windows 10 Team edition on October 14, leaving the Surface Hub v1 unsupported while the Surface Hub 2S has an upgrade path.
With the Surface Hub v1's end of life noted by Microsoft, we recommend a hardware refresh to Surface Hub 3, especially since full support will end by October 2025.
