Plaintiff Nathan Blaine alleges Tesla and Elon Musk intentionally misrepresented vehicle and driver-assistance safety and that those claims created a false sense of security. The lawsuit targets the Autosteer feature and asserts failures of lane departure warning and emergency lane departure avoidance systems.
