In its annual report, it outlined behaviors and appearances that could indicate the presence of operatives, such as unkempt looks and excessive curiosity. With Russian special services reportedly improving their disguise skills, the agency encouraged the public to be aware of individuals who don't blend in well with their surroundings. While vigilance is essential, MIDD urged caution and recommended citizens leave investigations to law enforcement.
