Google Wallet is losing access to PayPal

Google Wallet will discontinue support for PayPal linking in the US starting April 11, 2025, with all linked accounts being deleted by June 13, 2025. Users must transition to entering credit or debit card or bank account information to continue using Google Wallet since PayPal accounts can no longer be connected. While PayPal-branded debit cards remain acceptable, users should know that their PayPal transaction histories will no longer appear in Google Wallet. They will need to manage recurring payments through merchants' websites instead. This change does not affect PayPal integration in Germany.
