Neko Health is a Swedish diagnostic health clinic cofounded by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. The company will open its first U.S. location in New York City in the spring. The three-year-old startup already operates locations in London, Manchester, and Stockholm. The clinic provides comprehensive body scans that monitor risk factors for conditions ranging from pre-diabetes to cancer. The 60-minute assessments check for skin irregularities, evaluate cardiovascular health, and assess blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Demand for the company's Body Scan service has surged, and the company describes the scan as a preventative health check for your future self.
