Briefly

Ross Stripling, a former Los Angeles Dodgers draft pick, announced his retirement from baseball after a 13-year career. He expressed immense gratitude for the memories and experiences he gained throughout his time in professional baseball, acknowledging his family, friends, coaches, and teammates as key contributors to his journey. Stripling made his MLB debut in 2016 with the Dodgers, where he played for five seasons before also pitching for the Toronto Blue Jays, San Francisco Giants, and Oakland Athletics. In addition to his baseball career, he held a finance degree and worked as a licensed stockbroker, and he launched a podcast with friends.
After 13 seasons and full of tremendous pride and gratitude, it's time to hang up the cleats. I never could have imagined the experiences and memories I'd be a part of.
I had so much love and support along the way, and I'm thankful to everyone that was a part of it in any form or fashion.
This has been an unbelievable honor, and I feel incredibly lucky to be so fulfilled and content with leaving the game behind.
Now, I'm excited to be home and begin the next chapter of my life with my amazing family.
