"I had some Buddhist monks come to the house and bless the water, because I believe in good energy. The master bathroom features a large steam shower containing a cold plunge tank that maintains a temperature of 44 degrees and is designed to prevent sports injuries and for health."
"At Von Dutch, Sorensen gained recognition for popularizing a trucker cap bearing the company name and using celebrities to promote the brand. In 2010, he launched the clothing brand CCR, for California Christiania Republic, creating a casual jumpsuit worn by Katy Perry and other notables."
"He is planning a 7,000- to 8,000-square-foot resort home there as well as yurts, trailers, treehouses and pre-fab houses for use by artists. Two miles of river run through the site. I want to spend more time up there, said the outdoorsman, whose hobbies include hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, river rafting."
Tonny Sorensen, former Von Dutch CEO and founder of clothing brand CCR, has listed his Beverly Hills residence for $6.9 million. The 1961 midcentury modern home spans 6,000 square feet on a half-acre lot and features Sorensen's signature minimalist design with high-quality materials. The property includes a koi pond with 16th-17th century Cambodian water sculptures, a master suite with dual bathrooms and a cold plunge tank, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, swimming pool, sauna, and parking for 20 vehicles. Sorensen is selling to relocate to a 700-acre property in Three Rivers that borders Sequoia National Park, where he plans to build a resort home, yurts, trailers, treehouses, and prefab houses for artists.
