Dakota Johnson bought the 3,200-square-foot home in 2016 for $3.55 million, using her Fifty Shades of Grey earnings. The house has three bedrooms and three baths and was reimagined by Pierce & Ward. The property is known for a now-iconic green kitchen featured in a viral 2020 Open Door tour where Johnson talked about her love of limes. Johnson previously said she never wanted to sell the place. In October 2025, a trust connected to Johnson paid $5.3 million for a Mediterranean-style home in Outpost Estates, suggesting a possible new primary residence.
