Keith 'Lucky' Lehrer, a punk drummer who has recorded and toured with bands including Circle Jerks, the Germs, Wasted Youth, and Bad Religion, purchased a $3.2 million remodeled home in Hollywood Hills. Built in the late 1960s, the nearly 3,700 square-foot residence features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an oversized living room ideal for entertaining. The master bedroom suite includes a fireplace, spa tub, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The wooded third-acre property offers a limestone swimming pool, Shangri-La-style side yard with spa, and outdoor kitchen. Lehrer is converting the basement into a music studio. Marcie Hartley of Hilton & Hyland handled the transaction.
