The 3,560 square feet includes three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a library, screening room, office, gym, and swimming pool. Heyward previously led DIC Entertainment until its 2008 sale and now operates A Squared Entertainment with his wife. The property was acquired two years ago for $4.75 million.
