Vince Vaughn acquired a contemporary Craftsman-style home in Manhattan Beach previously owned by former USC football coach Lane Kiffin for $6.5 million. The 7,308-square-foot property, built in 2002, features vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a three-car garage with gated driveway. The half-acre lot includes a swimming pool, spa, guesthouse, and outdoor kitchen. This purchase represents another real estate investment for Vaughn, who also bought a Colonial-style home in La Canada Flintridge for $3.9 million the previous year. Bryn Stroyke of Stroyke Properties listed the property, while Rachel Ezra of Shorewood Realtors represented Vaughn.
