Paul Anka, the 57-year-old singer and songwriter, sold his Westside condo in the gated Century Hills community for $595,000. The property, owned since the late 1970s, features two bedrooms, approximately 2,500 square feet, and a three-car garage within a community offering tennis courts, pools, and valet parking. Anka maintains a longtime Beverly Hills residence with his wife Anne and previously owned a Las Vegas home that was demolished in 1993 for the MGM Grand hotel development. He recently completed a 2.5-month world tour and is scheduled for approximately 300 concert dates by year's end. His new CD "A Body of Work" features duets with Celine Dion, Patti LaBelle, and Frank Sinatra, including "My Way," which Anka wrote.
