House Republicans are jeopardizing bipartisan support for the Smithsonian American Women's History Museum by attempting to exclude transgender women from its narrative. The original bill had broad bipartisan support, but recent amendments restrict museum representation to 'biological women' and grant significant control to political allies of former President Trump.
