"The High Court has granted an order allowing jailed schoolteacher Enoch Burke to attend court via videolink when a judgment will be delivered relating to his repeated breach of court orders."
"Mr Justice Brian Cregan last week ordered that Mr Burke be imprisoned for his contempt of court orders directing him not to trespass at Wilson's Hospital School, where he previously taught German and history."
Enoch Burke has been permitted by the High Court to attend an upcoming judgment by videolink. The judgment concerns his repeated breaches of court orders. Mr Justice Brian Cregan ordered Burke imprisoned last week for contempt of those court orders. The contempt finding arose from breaches of orders directing Burke not to trespass at Wilson's Hospital School. Burke previously taught German and history at Wilson's Hospital School. The videolink arrangement allows Burke to be present for the judgment without a physical court appearance while remaining in custody.
