
Officers were called at 7.29am to reports that people had fallen from a height in Elephant and Castle. A man, a woman, and a child died at the scene despite attempts to resuscitate. The deaths were treated as unexpected, and no other injuries were reported. The London Ambulance Service was called at 7.31am and sent multiple resources, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer, and paramedics from the hazardous area response team. A trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance was also dispatched. The first paramedic arrived in about four minutes, and three people were pronounced dead at the scene despite best efforts.
