Los Campesinos! released So Close to Heaven (Live at Troxy), a live album capturing the band's two-night stand at London's Troxy in February. The performances included violinist Holly Carpenter, cellist Blossom Caldarone, saxophonist Emma Johnson, trumpeter Ewan Whyte, and trombonist Viva Msimang. The live recording was handled by Paul Rattcliff and Mathew Acreman, mixed by Gareth Bodman, and mastered by Andrei Eremin. An excerpt of the album is available to listen. So Close to Heaven (Live at Troxy) is currently exclusive to Bandcamp and the band's website, with wider digital streaming access arriving on August 27. The release follows a comeback album last year and a companion EP.
