Daydream Plus, a math rock/city pop band formed by Payson Power, Max Klebanoff, and Kevin Sia from Tomb Mold, announced their debut album Second Last Day of Summer. The album follows two EPs and is scheduled for release on July 10 through Run for Cover. Recording was handled by Darren McGill, with mixing and mastering by Arthur Rizk. Guest appearances include Steve Lamos, Joseph Shabason, and Ryo Kishimoto. The release includes a first single titled “Speed Limit.” The band also partnered with Batlab Electronics to create Extended Forecast, a chiptune version available exclusively on a limited NES-compatible cartridge. Tracklist includes 12 songs from “Tutorial” to “Wave Goodbye.”
