They outlined 20 specific problems that need urgent resolution by the end of June and have emphasized the need for repairs that should have been completed years ago, highlighting the deteriorating living conditions that they find unacceptable.
It's not like we are asking for the moon, but the council seems extremely reluctant and unable to uphold its basic obligations as our landlord.
