Ryanair has introduced a €500 fine targeting passengers whose disruptive behavior results in being removed from flights. The airline emphasized that the majority of passengers desire a comfortable travel experience and the actions of a few can impact all. From today, the airline will issue the fine to passengers 'whose unruly behaviour results in them being offloaded from the aircraft'.
It is unacceptable that passengers are made suffer unnecessary disruption because of one unruly passenger's behaviour.
To help ensure that our passengers and crew travel in a comfortable and stress-free environment, we have introduced a €500 fine.
Disruptive behaviour in such a confined shared space is unacceptable, and we hope our proactive approach will act as a deterrent.
