No. 4 Oklahoma defeated Texas-El Paso 34-0, scoring two grand slams in the third inning and coming within one run of the school record of 35. The Sooners collected 25 hits and opened the game with eight consecutive batters reaching in an 8-0 first-inning lead. Tia Milloy, Gabbie Garcia, and Allyssa Parker provided major offensive output, with Milloy, Garcia and Parker each producing six RBIs and Parker hitting two home runs. Kasidi Pickering tied a school record with three doubles. Audrey Lowry improved to 6-0, and two relievers combined for scoreless innings before the game was called after five innings. Oklahoma has totaled 38 home runs in nine games this season.
