Heat are absolutely delusional if they think Terry Rozier can be traded
Briefly

Miami appears likely to retain Terry Rozier for now, with limited trade interest expected before the season. The gambling investigation complicates potential deals but is not the primary barrier to a trade. Rozier's poor on-court performance last season, including falling out of the rotation and becoming largely unplayable down the stretch, is the main reason teams are hesitant to trade for him. A buyout seems unlikely without another team's guarantee of interest. Strong early-season play and resolution of the investigation could revive trade or buyout possibilities, but current outlook favors Rozier remaining under contract.
I think there's some sort of belief that the reason why the Heat is struggling to trade Rozier is because of the gambling investigation that surrounds him. And while that can't help the Heat's pursuit of offloading Rozier, it's not the ultimate reason why he's emerged as one of the most untradable players in the NBA. Let's be honest for a second.
The reason why Rozier has been labeled as untradeable is the fact that he was absolutely awful last season for the Heat. And for as much as Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra tried to salvage the Rozier experiment, he was so unplayable down the stretch that he completely fell out of the rotation by the time the postseason rolled around.
