Tommy Hutton, who will turn 80 in April, has announced that the 2026 season will be his final year as a television analyst for the Miami Marlins. Hutton has been broadcasting Marlins games since 1997 and began his broadcasting career in 1982 with the Montreal Expos. He previously worked with the New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays, and ESPN. As a player, Hutton had a 12-season MLB career as a first baseman and outfielder with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, Toronto Blue Jays, and Montreal Expos, compiling a .248 batting average with 22 home runs and 186 RBIs in 952 games. Marlins owner Bruce Sherman praised Hutton's contributions to the franchise and community.
