"Outside, crowds gathered along the church grounds and tractors lined the village in a mark of respect and honouring Mr McCluskey's love for machinery and farming. Such was the turnout that a livestream of the funeral was set up in the community centre. The funeral of Mr McCluskey's best friend, Dylan Commins, will take place at 2pm at St Patrick's Church in Rockchapel, Upper Magheracloone in Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery."

Crowds gathered outside and tractors lined the village to mark respect and honour his love for machinery and farming. A livestream of the funeral was set up in the community centre due to the turnout. Five people in their early 20s died in a two-car crash on the Ardee Road while travelling to Dundalk. Gifts placed on the altar represented travel, friendship and his work, including family photos, workboots, the Fencecraft logo and model machinery.
