The European Union plans joint defense projects, including an anti-drone "wall", and is preparing a plan to enhance resilience by 2030. EU leaders will seek a roadmap at an upcoming Brussels summit to prepare the bloc for future threats. Officials assess Russia could attack another European country within three to five years.
