As natural disasters shifted from seasonal occurrences to permanent threats, architect Bui The Long and colleagues addressed the critical challenge of protecting residents while preserving their connection to ancestral lands. This urgent need prompted the development of the Floating Prefab House model, a collaborative project involving CTA | Creative Architects, Nha Xanh, and 5G Construction Solutions.
