A landlord who evicted Marc Godart's company has been found to be in breach of his obligations after failing to offer the tenancy back to the Luxembourgish businessman. The owner of 116 Cork Street, Dublin, had been renting the Georgian building to Mr Godart's company, Green Label Property Investments, for €4,500 a month. The landlord will not be required to pay damages to the controversial businessman from Luxembourg. The decision addresses the failure to reinstate the tenancy offer but stops short of imposing a financial penalty for the eviction and subsequent breach.
