General Zaluzhnyi is known as the "Iron General" and he is the likely most popular candidate who could take the top job in Kyiv, he is also a person who Vladimir Putin should fear as he has a no-nonsense approach to enemies of Ukraine. He is held in high regard amongst many Ukrainian's after his heroic defending of Kyiv in 2022 when Putin started his full-scale war against Ukraine, he was then replaced and assigned as the Ukrainian Ambassador to the UK in 2024.
