A civil lawsuit alleging Conor McGregor sexually assaulted a 49-year-old business executive in a men's restroom during a Miami Heat game in June 2023 was dropped in U.S. District Court after the plaintiff voluntarily filed for dismissal with prejudice. The woman had filed a civil suit against McGregor and the Miami Heat on Jan. 14. The Florida State Attorney's Office did not pursue criminal charges. The lawsuit alleged McGregor and the woman spoke in the Courtside Club and that an acquaintance said McGregor escorted her to the men's restroom, where the alleged assault occurred. McGregor denied the accusations. Separately, McGregor was found liable in a 2018 Ireland sexual assault case and ordered to pay 248,000 euros, with his appeal denied.
