Qualcomm now has two new binned versions of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
Briefly

Qualcomm has launched two new versions of its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, both with six-core CPUs dubbed SM8650-Q-AB and SM8650-Q-AA. The SM8650-Q-AB features a prime Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.3GHz, along with four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.96GHz and one Cortex-A520 efficiency core at 2.27GHz. The SM8650-Q-AA version is expected to have a slightly lower prime core clocked at 3.0GHz. Both new models retain the Adreno 750 GPU and address the increasing trend for powerful yet efficient mobile chipsets in flagship devices.
Qualcomm's 2023 flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, has introduced two new versions. These are binned versions of the original chip with fewer working CPU cores.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 versions SM8650-Q-AB and SM8650-Q-AA both feature six-core CPUs, with the former clocking at 3.3GHz and 3.0GHz respectively.
A Geekbench listing for the upcoming Lenovo tablet reveals an underclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, featuring a prime Cortex-X4 core at 3.3GHz and 4x Cortex-A720 cores at 2.96GHz.
While specific GPU configurations are yet to be confirmed, both new Snapdragon versions are expected to maintain the Adreno 750 GPU, consistent with the original 8 Gen 3 features.
