Samsung Galaxy A57 to use flexible OLED panel
"Samsung's upcoming premium A-series smartphone, the Galaxy A57, will reportedly sport a flexible OLED display for the first time. According to a report, the panel will be supplied by Chinese display manufacturer CSOT. While CSOT won't be the sole supplier of the flexible OLED panels for the Galaxy A57, this would mark the first time Samsung is set to source displays from a manufacturer other than its in-house Samsung Display."
"The Galaxy A56 features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. However, Samsung Display is said to supply more units than CSOT. A flexible OLED panel would mean that the Galaxy A57 could offer slim and uniform side bezels. Notably, previous Galaxy A series phones had used rigid OLED panels. The report also notes that CSOT will also supply flexible OLED screens to be used in the Galaxy S26 FE."
Samsung's Galaxy A57 will feature a flexible OLED display partly supplied by Chinese manufacturer CSOT, marking the first A-series use of a non-Samsung Display flexible panel. Samsung Display will still supply more units than CSOT. Flexible OLED construction will enable slim, uniform side bezels compared with previous A-series phones that used rigid OLED panels. CSOT will also supply flexible OLED screens for the Galaxy S26 FE. The Galaxy A57 is expected to launch in February 2026, include an Exynos 1680 chipset, 45W fast charging, and a triple rear camera array with a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary, 13MP ultrawide, and 5MP macro sensor.
