The Galaxy S25 Edge can record Log videos with its selfie camera, other phones to be updated too
Briefly

Samsung's Galaxy S25 series has integrated Log mode for video recording on rear cameras, recently extended to the S24 series via One UI 7. Anticipation builds for One UI 8, which promises Log support for the selfie camera alongside exposure monitoring options, such as False Color and Zebra Pattern. This feature is also expected for the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6. Log videos require color correction, either manually or through the Gallery app, marking a significant enhancement for mobile videography while offering professional-level quality.
Log videos can be recorded with all the rear cameras, but not the selfie camera - not yet, anyway.
In the second screenshot you can see that the False Color (and presumably Zebra Pattern) exposure monitor toggle is available to help you identify over/under-exposed areas in the frame.
Log mode for the selfie camera is apparently also coming to the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6, based on early One UI 8 builds.
Enabling Log mode allows better post-processing and color correction, crucial for capturing professional-level video.
