This is (probably) the unreleased Google Pixel Tablet Pen
Briefly

Google's history with Android tablets is marked by numerous missed opportunities, notably since acquiring BumpTop in 2010. Initial ambitions to innovate with a 3D interface faded, leading to the roll out of the Honeycomb operating system, which ultimately failed to engage developers. The introduction of the Pixel C in 2015 represented another attempt, but its unoptimized interface suggested it may have been originally intended as a ChromeOS device. The lack of commitment to innovation in the tablet space has resulted in Google's pivot towards Chromebooks as the favored device.
In 2015, Google came out with an awkwardly positioned Android tablet called the Pixel C. It brought back a kinda-sorta tablet-optimized interface, but something always seemed slightly strange about the product.
Google's Android tablet saga is a seemingly endless series of almosts, what ifs, and coulda-beens - and now, we've got one more chapter to add into that book.
