vivo has started a teaser campaign for the upcoming Y500 smartphone, which will launch in China. Recent models, the Y400 4G and Y400 5G, were launched just last month and two weeks ago respectively, creating confusion in vivo's lineup. The Y500 is advertised to have a durable build, although no further details are available yet. Its design is said to heavily borrow from the X200 series, indicating it will feature high-end looks, despite being classified as a mid-range device.
