A five-minute ferry from Lower Manhattan provides access to restored army barracks facilities. Post-concert, guests pass through glowing heated tunnels into more than 30 indoor wellness spaces including themed saunas, waterfalls, steam rooms and waterbeds. A nightly Winter Flavors aperitivo provides complimentary Italian snack trays with two drink purchases.
