Feeble Little Horse are releasing their third full-length album, Bitknot, on Tuesday, May 26. A teaser trailer shows grainy retro computer-screen visuals with dancing legs and sunglasses while new songs play in the background. A lyric in the teaser reads, “I think I dodged a bullet not going to Wednesday's show,” and the band clarified on Instagram that it is not a dig at the Asheville, North Carolina rock band. The group has not shared additional album details yet. Fans received a new song, “Poison,” via email, available for free download through Dropbox.
"In that clip, a retro computer screen flits through grainy footage of dancing legs, sunglasses, and more while a bunch of new songs play in the background. One lyric that flashes onscreen reads: "I think I dodged a bullet not going to Wednesday's show." Before you accuse them of taking shots at the Asheville, North Carolina rock band, Feeble Little Horse have already commented on Instagram to clarify it's not a dig."
"Bitknot is Feeble Little Horse's third full-length LP. The Pittsburgh noise-pop band haven't shared any other information about the record yet. However, they did email fans a new song called "Poison" that's available to download for free via Dropbox. Seize the opportunity to hear that track while you can."
"It's only been three years since Feeble Little Horse last released an album-2023's excellent, blown-out Girl With Fish-but between the canceled tour, a standalone single, and sporadic activity online since then, it feels like the wait has been far longer. Alas, that ends very soon; Feeble Little Horse have announced their new album, Bitknot, is out next Tuesday, May 26. Watch a teaser trailer for it below."
