Green Day will perform the opening ceremony for Super Bowl 60 on Feb. 8 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The performance will celebrate six decades of the championship and will help usher generations of Super Bowl MVPs onto the field. The band formed in the East Bay and consists of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool; they are expected to perform a selection of their best-known anthems. The ceremony airs live at 3 p.m. Pacific on NBC, Telemundo, Peacock and Universo. Pregame entertainment will feature Charlie Puth, Brandi Carlile and Coco Jones.
